We’re proud to celebrate Orion International Academy student Jeremy Li for an exciting milestone in competitive robotics. Jeremy and his team, Magikid Tustin Lab 28660B, recently competed at the VEX VRC Southern California State Championship—an event filled with top teams and intense competition.
Through outstanding performance in the Skills Challenge, Jeremy’s team officially qualified for the VEX World Championship. This achievement reflects months of determination, consistent practice, and a season-long commitment to improving their robot design, programming, and match strategy.
The celebration didn’t stop there. The team also earned the prestigious Judges Award, recognizing their excellence beyond match results—especially their detailed engineering notebook, clear and thoughtful design process, confident programming interview, and strong teamwork under pressure.
Jeremy’s success is a powerful example of what happens when curiosity meets discipline. We congratulate Jeremy, his teammates, coaches, and family for supporting this journey, and we can’t wait to see them represent our community on the World Championship stage.
👏 Congratulations, Jeremy! We’re cheering for you all the way!
