Cross Country Program

Cross-country: The high school cross country team is a group of dedicated runners who train together to compete in long-distance races. They navigate challenging courses, often through varying terrain and weather conditions, while striving to improve their endurance, speed, and mental toughness. The team fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where athletes encourage each other to reach their full potential. Cross country runners represent their school with pride, embodying resilience and determination on and off the racecourse.
